Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Not only do we think, but everyone that floats by our dock has commented how great our dock is and looks. Water Jack was amazing in the entire process. Casey even helped us find a boat for our new dock.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. WaterJack Marine construction sets the bar for pier construction in North/South Carolina. Through all phases; site survey, pier design, and construction, and follow up care, Casey and his team far exceeded my expectations delivering a product that is superior to many of the projects located along the lake and rivers where i live. Neighbors and folk passing by on the water frequently comment positively on the construction and look of my pier.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you are like me you want to have a dock built that matches your lake house and exceeds all your expectations on quality, construction and appearance. After months of searching for the right contractor, I decided to work directly with Waterjack. 4 years later I can certainly say that that decision was absolutely the correct one. The amount of positive comments I get about my dock is to many to count, and everyday I am thankful for picking Waterjack to construct my dock. Until this year I have never had one single issue with my dock. This year's drought has created a problem for my boat lift. The boat lift's limit switch was programmed for normal lake depths. With the drought, my boat was unable to be lowered into the historically low water depth. I called Casey, and within 24 hours, he sent a team out to reprogram my limit switch, to the severe drought lake level, so I am once again able to get my boat into the water. When you buy an expensive dock, you hope your contractor won't forget about you when you need assistance. Casey made sure that I was taken care of even in his peak season of construction. Cheers to Waterjack and Casey for helping his customers when they need him most. Thanks again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thanks to Casey and team for an awesome experience. From initial communication over email, to site visit with construction manager, the process was seamless and completed in a faster timeframe that we initially thought. The team was professional and took great care with the installation of our new pilings and resetting of our floating dock. Overall great experience. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A Dream 50+ Years in the Making - Worth Every Penny

We've lived on Lake Wylie for decades, and for years I dreamed of building a real dock to replace our simple platform. When I finally decided to make it happen, I initially went with one of Waterjack's competitors - went through surveys, designs, estimates, and even put down a sizable deposit.
Then I met Casey. He gave me a tour of his work and honestly, it was a no-brainer. I walked away from my deposit and hired Waterjack instead - best decision I could have made.

The Quality: Top-tier materials with incredible craftsmanship. No visible screws, no seams, no corners cut anywhere. Casey even came back after completion to fix small details I hadn't noticed - that's someone who truly stands behind their work.
-
The Communication: Casey set clear expectations throughout the entire process. Yes, there were some delays (electrical work, permitting - things beyond his control), but he kept me informed and recommended waiting for the best solution rather than rushing. I'm glad I listened.
-
The Crew: Watching his team work was like watching trapeze artists. The skill required to build a structure like this over water is incredible, and these guys made it look easy. True craftsmen.
-
The Result: We now have a covered dock with a boat lift for our tritoon, two jet ski lifts, an entertainment area with TV, plus open areas for swimming and fishing. The upgraded lighting (including underwater lights) looks absolutely stunning at night. It's exactly what I dreamed of for all those years.

I can't recommend Waterjack highly enough. This structure will last many lifetimes, and I can't wait for my family to gather here and make memories on the water like never before.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Water Jack came in and saved my dock after a handyman did a horrible job. Highly recommend these guys they were able to come in fix the mess up and were extremely fair on the pricing.
