Project Overview
It’s always a little nerve-racking building for a neighbor, but this dock turned out beautifully. From the beginning, the goal was to create a fully equipped dock with a clean, coordinated design—and there weren’t many options left unchecked.
The dock includes two electric jet-ski lifts, a high-speed Neptune tritoon lift, black handrails, a black metal roof, and black-painted framing details. Skirt boards conceal the lower framing and give the dock a more substantial, finished appearance.
The design also features Trex Enhance Naturals decking in Golden Hour, a new color introduced for 2026. The warm tones of the decking provide a striking contrast against the black finishes, including the 10-inch Owens Corning fascia boards that wrap the dock’s perimeter.
With the electrical work being finalized this week, the project is nearly complete. We’re proud of how every detail came together and can’t wait to see our neighbors put their new dock to good use for years to come.
