Project Overview

Mr. Wilson’s project began after an unfortunate accident involving a neighboring boat that struck and damaged his original dock. Insurance covered most of the replacement cost, allowing us to remove the damaged structure and build a new dock in its place.

Completed nearly 10 years ago, the dock still looks every bit as good as it did when we finished it. Its durability is a testament to the quality of the materials and construction that went into the project.

Since then, we’ve built several additional docks throughout the surrounding area, thanks largely to Mr. Wilson’s referrals. We’re grateful for his continued confidence in WaterJack and for the many neighbors and friends he has sent our way.

If you are like me you want to have a dock built that matches your lake house and exceeds all your expectations on quality, construction and appearance. After months of searching for the right contractor, I decided to work directly with Waterjack. 4 years later I can certainly say that that decision was absolutely the correct one. The amount of positive comments I get about my dock is to many to count, and everyday I am thankful for picking Waterjack to construct my dock. Until this year I have never had one single issue with my dock. This year's drought has created a problem for my boat lift. The boat lift's limit switch was programmed for normal lake depths. With the drought, my boat was unable to be lowered into the historically low water depth. I called Casey, and within 24 hours, he sent a team out to reprogram my limit switch, to the severe drought lake level, so I am once again able to get my boat into the water. When you buy an expensive dock, you hope your contractor won't forget about you when you need assistance. Casey made sure that I was taken care of even in his peak season of construction. A Dream 50+ Years in the Making - Worth Every Penny We've lived on Lake Wylie for decades, and for years I dreamed of building a real dock to replace our simple platform. When I finally decided to make it happen, I initially went with one of Waterjack's competitors - went through surveys, designs, estimates, and even put down a sizable deposit. Then I met Casey. He gave me a tour of his work and honestly, it was a no-brainer. I walked away from my deposit and hired Waterjack instead - best decision I could have made. The Quality: Top-tier materials with incredible craftsmanship. No visible screws, no seams, no corners cut anywhere. Casey even came back after completion to fix small details I hadn't noticed - that's someone who truly stands behind their work. - The Communication: Casey set clear expectations throughout the entire process. Yes, there were some delays (electrical work, permitting - things beyond his control), but he kept me informed and recommended waiting for the best solution rather than rushing. I'm glad I listened. - The Crew: Watching his team work was like watching trapeze artists. The skill required to build a structure like this over water is incredible, and these guys made it look easy. True craftsmen. - The Result: We now have a covered dock with a boat lift for our tritoon, two jet ski lifts, an entertainment area with TV, plus open areas for swimming and fishing. The upgraded lighting (including underwater lights) looks absolutely stunning at night. It's exactly what I dreamed of for all those years. I can't recommend Waterjack highly enough. This structure will last many lifetimes, and I can't wait for my family to gather here and make memories on the water like never before.
